The HDR-60 and HDR-70 have a time-lapse recording function, located under:
Time lapse has two settings, Frame Rate, and Cycle.
Frame Rate is adjusted in 1 frame increments and Cycle is adjusted in 1 second increments.
The Frame Rate values are 1 to 15 frames and the Cycle values are 1 second to 1 hour.
So, if you turn on Time-Lapse and set your Frame Rate to 5 and Cycle to 2 minutes 30 seconds, you will record 5 frames every 2 minutes 30 seconds of real-time, or 1 frame every 30 seconds.
