Fixing SE-700 & SE-1200 Missing Menu Settings

This applies to the SE-700, SEB-1200 (SE-1200MU + RMC-260), HS-1200
Firmware versions 1.2.2.8 and later

If you experience that your switcher's menu is missing keyer settings, among other features, double check in the setup menu that the menu mode is set to Advanced instead of Basic.
