A: A new firmware was released on December 1, 2020 to address this issue. The built-in web player plugin in the PTC-140 was updated to HTML5. This update applies to all PTC-140 camera models, PTC-140, PTC-140T, PTC-140TH and PTC-140NDI.You can download the firmware from the downloads section of the camera product page or obtain it with the link below:
