BC-50 FAQ
Audio
The BC-50 1/8" audio input is 2 channel stereo.
Embedded SDI audio output is not enabled at this time.
Factory Default
The Factory Reset in the OSD menu resets everything to default except for:
Style - OSD→IMAGE→Style
Lens - OSD→SETTING→Lens
Language - OSD→Setting→Language
All other parameters will go back to default.
Frame Rates
The BC-50 supports 50 and 60, but not 59.94. It also supports 25 and 30 at 1080P.
Language
If you accidentally change the language on your BC-50 or web interface, please do the following:
OSD - On the rear of the camera, press
Menu Down 5 Times Enter Right (and keep pressing
Right every 3 seconds until you see your language).
Web UI - Once logged in, on the lower left corner of the screen, there is a drop-down menu for language selection. If you do not see it, increase your computer's screen resolution, or lower the text size in your browser window.
PoE
The BC-50 does support PoE (Power Over Ethernet) for IP Cam Only. SDI will not function with PoE only, a local power supply is required for video signal from SDI.
