This year's NAMM Show in Anaheim California held Datavideo as the video production company for the Nissan Stage, located outside the exhibit hall. Using its own brand of equipment and personnel, Datavideo was able to successfully film and live stream many musical acts from Thursday January 21st to Sunday January 24th.

Star pieces of equipment were responsible for Datavideo's success over the weekend. The well-received PTC-150T camera, with improved image sensors over the first generation PTC-150 and its ability to have 1 ethernet cable for the transfer of power, HD video signal, and control between the front of house and stage was the newest and most significant addition to the Datavideo workflow at NAMM.The cameras, with their presets, were capable of getting the right amount of angles needed for a concert production with only 4 cameras rather than 8 or more, which would be the typical amount for some large venues. The overhead PTC-150 mounted on the lighting truss took the audience to places traditional cameras could not, and unique views of pianos, drums, and bongos gave the production more excitement. Musicians as well as NAMM staff appreciated the mix of angles the cameras delivered. The new DVS-100P streaming software was also used, and it allowed the video stream to play at the NAMM.org homepage and Datavideolive.com website simultaneously.

Inside the exhibit hall, Datavideo's SE-700, NVS-25, and DVS-100 bundle were big hits with musicians who were interested in live streaming and mixing video. There was also a lot of buzz talk about Datavideo's new lighting kits, the PLK-300 and PLK-400, and the crowd showed great interest in the chromakey features of the SE-700.
