Datavideo NVS-40 Wins BCPVA Video Innovation Award at NAB 2019

May 13 2019

Datavideo NVS-40, four channel streaming encoder and recorder, won a BCPVA Video Innovation Award at NAB 2019. The NVS-40 is not just a typical streaming encoder. It can stream multiple video signals in various modes such as split screen, PIP, and quad-view mode. This feature is especially useful for those who want to stream their PowerPoint slides along with a camera input of a presenter without needing to use a video switcher. Every video input can also be recorded onto a removable SSD drive, which allows hours of high-quality H.264 ISO recordings. The NVS-40 can also decode up to four channels of H.264 video signals via the ethernet port as part of the record or re-stream to another destination.

The BCPVA Video Innovation Award is given to companies who have released new products that are game-changers for corporate and event video producers. The awards are judged according to the features and performance of the product, as well as innovation and uniqueness. The price and value of the product are also considered.

“We are honored to have the Datavideo NVS-40 recognized by the BCPVA for this award”, states Rob Read, Director of Business Development for Datavideo. “We believe there are no other products like the NVS-40 with its features and price point on the market today, and once customers understand how it is used for the live event, they want to purchase it”.

The BCPVA is Canada’s largest professional videographer’s association. The BCPVA Video Innovation Award has been awarded annually at NAB since 2011.

The Datavideo NVS-40 has an MSRP price of $1,799 and is available through Datavideo authorized resellers. More information can be found at Datavideo Official Website.
